Getting RSS Feed XML declaration not well-formed XML Parsing Error Message

    I recently updated to WP 4.3 and my RSS Feed has gone in and out ever since. A few times today, https://www.sarahsbookshelves.com/feed showed up on feedvalidator.org as “valid” and several times it showed up as having the following error:

    This feed does not validate.

    line 1, column 14: XML parsing error: <unknown>:1:14: XML declaration not well-formed [help]

    In addition, interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.

    Feeds should not be served with the “text/html” media type [help]

    I’ve tried the following fixes and all haven’t worked:
    – deactivating all plug-ins and reactivating one by one (at one time, it seem the plug-in “Featured Images in RSS with Size and Position” was causing the problem, but then the error came up again later with that plug-in deactivated)
    – Tried “fixing my feed” with the “Fix My Feed RSS Repair” plug-in after seeing that as a solution to similar errors
    – Deactivated the Feedburner plug-in, as I’ve heard Google has stopped updating it. Installed RSS WP Aggregator instead.

    Can you help me fix this error? I’m not very well versed in coding, so would appreciate some help in beginner language if possible.

    BTW, it was fine for a while.

    I have not added any new plugins and theme is same.

    Sorry you are having troubles again. It may not make sense but please post a new topic on the forums. A Simple “Same here” is not the least bit helpful. When starting a new topic please provide as mush detail as possible :)/ Thanks
