Getting server error after webhost move

    Hello! I just moved a WP website from one host to another. Burst seems to be tracking stats as I can make it to the statistics page okay but even though its tracking, i’m getting pop up errors saying:

    1. Server error: The response is not a valid JSON response
    2. Server error: Unexpected error

    any thoughts on how to tix?

  • Hi @gwasik,

    Without being able to see the website this concerns, it sounds like an error occurs on the REST API of your website.

    To obtain some further details about this, could you try enabling the WP Debugging plugin and re-visiting the Burst Statistics dashboard once more?

    This should result in more information about the errors being logged, and helps us understand what might cause this to occur on your environment. Could you post that information in your reply?
