    Hi –
    I have an error message that “EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.1.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email: There was a problem while retrieving Auth for gmail: Could not json decode the token
    Please review your WP Mail SMTP settings in plugin admin area. Consider running an email test after fixing it.”

    Every time I try to go to Settings – in any way, I get the message “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.” Clicking the linked “Please try again” message simply returns me to the prior screen. I can’t do anything with this.

    Any suggestions? Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out! When you get a chance, could you please share the list of activated plugins? There might be some plugin creating conflict with the Google API causing that error. In case it helps, you can follow this troubleshooting guide to figure out the issue.

    Hi – sorry, never saw your initial response! I have deactivated all plugins and still received the error. I have them all re-activated at this point as this is a very active site. I’ll respond in a bit with the list of plugins. Thank you.
