I am getting this email message to my personal email

    Name: VpNDUcXcOFve
    Email: [email protected]

    Subject: loUlcOyPnlas

Great acitrle! When it hit my inbox it INSTANTLY made me think of the Oatmeal
web comic about The one thing that gets me clients is the ability to listen
before I tell investigate before I initiate. Clients don\’t want to hear
what you have to sell, they want to tell you what they do. They want you to
catch their vision. The other thing that helps me a lot is when I talk to
clients about technical aspects but I make it easily consumable by non-tech
    savvy people.

Any ideas what kind of exploit or hack this could be and how I can prevent it from causing any damage to my site or my online reputation.
