just make sure that you use the “Login” name that you set when creating the user, rather than the Email address (unless you set the email address as the login)

I had trouble with same thing at my website, https://www.drmichaelpage.com

It is fixed now.

Come to think of it, when I did my other website, https://www.saltlakeaccidentdoctor.com the same thing occurred and then I eventually switched to a Weebly site. I like wordpress much better now.
