    Hii Everyone,
    I just opened a wordpress account but seems confused which way to go next?
    Do I still download wordpress?
    Pls I need answers.

    If you intend to host your site at wordpress.com, then you don’t need to download anything.

    If you don’t want to get involved with any technical stuff, then yes – go with wordpress.com. It is slightly more limiting that hosting your own WordPress site but, on the plus side, has a much lower learning curve. It’s also a good place to start learning if you want to eventually host your own site in 6 months or a year.

    So I must download if I intend to host elsewhere?

    Um – not always. Some hosts offer 1-click WordPress installs. But longer term, you should assume that you will need to know how to use FTP.

    It may take a lot less. It varies from person to person.
