Getting started…add shortcode

    I know absolutely nothing about shortcodes (and am not a coder either), but thought I should add one to my forum and perhaps my blog posts. I downloaded Feedzy RSS & installed it, no problem, then it says “add shortcode”. That is where I am stumped…where do I find the shortcode and how do I add it?

    Basic question, I know. btw I am using Generate Press premium theme and wpForo1.4.6 for my forum if that makes any difference.
