Getting Started for Newbies

I just installed the Gravity Forms Advanced Uploader1.4 plugin and edited settings. My question is simple: How do I finish installation? Is there a shortcode? I think I am missing something obvious. Where do I test the plugin? It is installed and activated. I am not sure what to do next.
