Getting Started Guide?

I inherited a WooCommerce site where the previous developers installed this plugin but I can’t for the life of me find anywhere to set options beyond selecting the USPS service levels/types offered to the customer.

For example, how do I set a markup beyond what UPS is charging? Is there a “Getting Started Guide” that walks the user through the process?
