Getting started not saving

    Hi, I cannot access the plugin as the “Getting started” onboarding is not saving and keeps and keeps showing. I tried to install an oldest version (2.0) and it works bot for 3.0 and more it doesn’t work.

    My console error is:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()Understand this errorAI
    app.js?ver=3.0.0:321 SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘F’, “Forbidden
    ” is not valid JSON

    I tried many things, to modify php or java rules but nothing worked

    Thanks for reaching out to us & extremely sorry for the delayed response.

    Please note that the latest version of ShopEngine is 4.7.4. Have you tried this version, or were you using an older one? Kindly update to the latest version. Additionally, if you have any caching plugins enabled, please clear your site and browser cache. If possible, disable the caching plugin temporarily and check if the issue persists.

    If the problem remains, try resetting your permalinks by following the instructions in this video: https://d.pr/v/qGLvRY. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.
