Getting started with Genesis in WordPress

Hi, I am very new to WordPress and website design. I just downloaded Genesis to my themes in WordPress. But my questions is how do I start editing within my Child Theme? I selected the Crystal Theme. Here is what it looks like: https://www.matthewjdesmond.com/wordpress

I just need some guidance on how to navigate now that Genesis is downloaded.
