    To be sure, could you let us know if you’re using the free or premium version of the plugin?

    The Waitlist subscription confirmation is only available for the premium version, so if you are using it, I suggest you open a ticket in our site so we can check what is happening.

    I’m using the premium version. The plugin seems to have updated and the issue is no longer occurring. ??
