This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-One theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    There is no troubleshooting tab.

Did you actually install and activate the Health Check plugin?

    I already had it installed.

Right, so as you can see there, the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin is neither installed nor active.

Thank you. I had the older version of this tool, which wasn’t a stand alone plugin. Using the tool, I located the Tabs Shortcode and Widget plugin that was conflicting with the Gravity forms widget, and with it deactivated, I can now see Gravity forms operating again. That plugin hasn’t been updated for a year.

Now, I need to figure out my problem with this error that is being generated when doing a backup with UpdraftPlus:

0000.016 (0) PHP event: code E_NOTICE: Indirect modification of overloaded element of WP_Hook has no effect (line 664, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\wp-content\object-cache.php)

I recommend reporting the issue at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/updraftplus/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

Thanks. I have already, they are looking at it as well.
