Getting “The site is experiencing technical difficulties” error

It seems unlikely to me, but I can’t say for sure. Does the error happen all of the time? Just on pages with forms? Does it happen when you disable this plugin?

Is it possible for you to show me the website? Also, do you know which version of PHP you are running? It sounds like it could be a fatal PHP error, though it’s still hard for me to know if this plugin is the cause or not. The plugin requires PHP 5.3.0 or higher, so that’s worth checking.

So far it happened 3-4 times only and when the plugin was activated. I don’t know about the rest of the site, only working on this specific page with the form in it.
PHP above 7.
I’ll keep trying and will post an update if I’ll have something new.

Hmm. If you’re able to look at the error logs on your server I bet we could track it down, assuming this plugin is the issue, which it sounds like it very well could be.

Let me know if you find more!

Did you ever figure out the solution to this problem? Did it go away?

I’m cleaning out older topics and marking them as resolved, but wanted to make sure this item actually did get resolved ??

Sorry but I didn’t have the time and ability to dig this issue so I’ve sadly stopped using the plugin (the error didn’t showed up again).
