Getting timeout error

  • I have 3 tests configured. On the longest one – and also the most important one for me – (25 questions), i always get a the following error when submitting:

    Gateway Timeout
    The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

    Already tried to turn off other plugins, db repair, set off cloudflare, set ajax on or off. Nothing made a difference. Error persists. Some light?

    I can’t see your URL, it’s for members only. But it sounds like a server problem rather than anything we can resolve from the plugin. You’ll need to talk to your hosting support.
