    hi
    i use drop box as my remote destination.
    every day it backups my site twice and i get two separate email as well.

    i don’t know why.
    can you help?
    do you need me to check my site specs?

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the last two backup logs?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    i don’t want to sent the name of the website….

    let me explain what happened since then..
    instead of two copies in dropbox like before i get only one copy of each file..

    but i still get two emails for each backup set.

    i’m considering sending a ‘pastebin’ after i replace my domain names in the log file.
    i guess there is no problem with that?

    Yes, you can replace the domain name.

    > This is how UpdraftPlus should work. It creates separate archive for each component.

    i will try to upload the log to pastebin tomorrow

    i’m running only one schedule and get two email notifications.

    it seems that besides the double notification the files are not backing up twice.

    can i ask if you work for updraft? ??

    Hi,

    The log shows UpdraftPlus only sent one notification email as per this line 0044.504 (0) Sending email (‘Files and database (Full backup)’) report (attachments: 0, size: 0 KB) to: 000000000000mn… of the backup log. Can you please ask your host/server admin to check your email log? See if they find any issues?
