Getting undefined error and Google structured data is not showing as valid

Hi,
The stars below aren’t displaying the vote count when mouse is not above them. It shows: [avg] ([per]) [total] vote[s] and when hovered, it shows undefined.
When checked on https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool It doesn’t show as valid, tried with other rich snippet plugin and it shows.
Please help.
