Getting user registration email, but no user on WordPress backend

  • Great plugin! Everything is running smoothly except I am having a issue with our user registration. People seem to be signing up for the site without a problem, I get a “New Registered User email” for each new user (and this doesn’t apply to all new users just 4 or 5 lately) but when I go the backend of the site I can’t see my new user, their information is non existent. Anyone have this problem? Please help!

    Hi,

    Do you have Verifications enabled?
    What Grace Period you have set?

    In this case, It seems that the user not verify their emails and system delete it as the Grace period time met.

    I am not sure, but if you can provide more details on the Settings Page. It may help solve this mystery.

    The Grace period is set for 7 days, yet the email only read 21 hours by the time I checked to see if they were still there. As soon as I read this I figured that was the problem, but now Im not sure.
