Getting values from URL for select field

Hello,
Based on this documentation https://contactform7.com/getting-default-values-from-the-context/ , what if I want to make it for select field?
Meaning, the option inside the select field is based on the URL parameter. I tried this shortcode but not working.
[select job-location default:get first_as_label “JOB LOCATION”]

It is meaningless to use the
default:getoption in aselectform-tag that has no selectable value. Use atextform-tag instead.
