    Hello,

I’m currently building a new wordpress website for my company and I’ve successfully managed to get Watson set up on my website and answer a few questions.

I am currently trying to get Watson to schedule a demo with the user’s requested time, date and contact details to pass on for an agent to call back and confirm. I’ve managed to get the dialogue working but don’t know how to get Watson to notify us and pass on the details collected as context variables so we can contact them to confirm and ask for more information.

Is it possible to connect Watson to the wordpress mail system or another wordpress plugin so we can be alerted when someone schedules a demo? What is the easiest way to do this?

    Thanks in advance,
    Chloe

    Hello Chloe.
Unfortunately Watson Assistant Plugin for WordPress doesn’t have such functionality out of the box. It look like you need more specific solution, that will include direct work with Watson Assistant API.
We put this inquire on our feature request list. Thank you for your feedback, and please stay tuned.
