Getting webmaster error in wordpress website

I’m facing a issue in Google webmaster that it is not crawlling all pages correctly. Also when I try to use fetch as google manually then it gives different errors like, temporary unreachable, partial, redirected, complete on different pages.

Also when I investigated in deep then I came to know that there an auto generated robots.txt file in the wordpress core files which is blocking this crawling process. Even webmaster also gives this same warning,

So can anyone help me how to deal with it.

Also, I am using Yoast SEO free plugin.
