Getting weird Forminator update emails

    I’m getting these weird emails about revisions to Forminator, from “[email protected]”. Some of the info in the recent one:

    Revision 3121284

    Author Dency

    Date 2024-07-18 11:11:46 +0000 (Thu, 18 Jul 2024) Log Message

    Update stable tag 1.34.0

    … and more. It may be related to some support we received a while ago, but there is no way to opt out given in the email. How do I stop these from being sent to us?

    I hope you are doing well today.

    It seems you subscribed to developers notifications here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/forminator/#developers

    You can hover on the “Email” word and you should see that this URL will contain at the end “unsubscribe=1”. Click on that link and you should not get any emails anymore.

    Okay, thanks. I must’ve clicked on it for more info or something. There is no indication after clicking on the link that you’ve subscribed to anything. It ought to go to a page to confirm the subscription, imho.
