Getting WF “Problems found on localhost”

Hi! I have WF on all of our sites and generally get an email with the subject line:
[Wordfence Alert] Problems found on abccompany.com (whatever the domain is)

In with all my normal alerts, I’m now regularly getting one that says:
[Wordfence Alert] Problems found on localhost/LDMP

I know what the “LDMP” is referring to, but I don’t know why I’m getting a localhost alert as I have nothing installed locally. Everything is on a remote dedicated server (including the website for LDMP, which I get normal alerts for and is regularly kept up to date!) The localhost alert email says “12 existing issues were found again and are not shown.” I have no idea what this alert is referring to!

Any help with this would be great!
