• I have been working on my Slingpic plugin over the last couple of days in an attempt to make it as compatible as possible with the plugins around it. Because Slingpic interacts with the images on the page it can conflict with other plugins that manipulate the the images. To get round this issue I decide the best approach would be to always allow other plugins to do what they want with the images and give the power to the user. By allowing the user to make a simple decision on what they would like to happen if two plugins are conflicting and causing problems.

Slingpic now has the ‘show’ option, which is disabled by default, that when used allows the publisher to add a specific class to any images they would like Slingpic to show on. Avoiding any conflicting images if desired.

  • Hi Ben,
First of all thank you for this wonderful plugin.
I have a query about making it work with nextgen slideshows, I know it works with imagebrowser, but NG imagebroswer is itself awful so i dont prefer to use that, any way either thru pugin or custom code that I can make this work?
