GF Not Recognized

  • I have Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit Pro 2.4.1 and Gravity Forms 2.3.3 installed. Your software is not recognizing GF so I can’t enable the forms auto-complete.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    We do detection based on folder, so if you renamed the Gravity Forms folder for any reason, that would cause detection to fail. I’m also assuming Gravity Forms is activate.

    If it’s not a folder naming issue, please log a ticket through our website. Support for all of our paid plugins is handled over there.
