gform_after_submission – redirecting to newly created pods

Hi,
I have pods and gravity forms working, with a new pod being created, but would likely to redirect the user to the pod page just created. Should gform_after_submission work with this plugin, as it doesn’t seem to on my installation, or should I use another hook?

I am using the ‘pods_item_id’ entry field to try and fetch the new item item.
