    Hi @ispedro,

    Are you using the administrator role and/or the delete_tickets capability? If the issue continues after checking this, please try to switch to a default WP theme temporarily and deactivate your plugins one by one until the issue disappears.

    Hi yeisonbp,

    The ghost tickets appears on ?my tickets? not on the WP-admin. The account is an administrator account with delete tickets capability. I jus deactivated all plugins and ghost tickets persists…

    Hi @ispedro,

    Lets try a way of bringing up the ticket in wp-admin. Click on one of the existing tickets. Then, in the URL, change the ticket id to 3877 (it will be the number after the “post=” part of the url). Then click enter to try to navigate to the new URL. Then you can check if the ticket might be closed to open and take actions, if you wish or not to delete them.

    Lets see if that brings up the ticket.
