Ghostscript Installed – Still Greyed Out

    Hi Blake,

    If you go to the Advanced tab, do you see a notice indicating that exec() is not available on your server?

    Ok. It sounds like the full path to the Ghostscript executable is not set. That will also be in the advanced tab.

    If Ghostscript is not in a place Document Gallery knows to look then it has to be manually set.
