gif animation issues

  • Hey guys,
    Having an issue on my site with a particular gif. I’ve uploaded plenty of gif’s before without a problem. This particular gif doesn’t animate for some reason even though it works fine when I open it anywhere other than on WP. I have a couple of gif images on my site that work fine. I’ve uploaded this gif manually and used the original image. Can anyone explain this madness?

  • Can you (directly) link us to:

    1. The specific image on your www.ads-software.com self hosted website.
    2. Another place online where the .gif animation appears to be correct.

    Since we have no idea what the image that is not animating would look like if it was animating, I am not sure how we would know that any resolution provided would be accurate.

    Also, what (software) did you use to create the .gif file?
