Gif in the popup showing blank for the first time

  • I have created a popup ad for my site and I have used a gif. Somehow, the gif is showing as blank after publishing. Although if I refresh the page, the gif is showing. It is for the first view that is causing the issue.

    Can anyone guide me here? I need urgent help.

  • Do you mean this Nova88 gif image? That is immediately visible to me. Tested in Chrome and Firefox.
