I have Square Credit Card as payment option working, but not seeing option to pay via Square Gift Card.

Did you enable the gift card payment feature in the Square payments settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Square > Gift Card Settings?

Yes – that’s how I enabled Square & eGift Card. So, Square eGift card is available as a product, and Square is setup as a payment processor.

My challenge is “Square Gift Card” as a payment option on the checkout page.

I read somewhere that it doesn’t work on some types (block?) of checkout pages. Is there a script or code that I can add to enable Gift card as a payment option on the checkout page?

In this case, try replacing the block-based checkout on your checkout page with a shortcode.

HI @shameemreza, We are using woocommerce checkout and Cartflows. I see Square Gift Card button but no place to enter gift card number when you hit apply. Pls see the link below:

We use square gift cards at the physical store. Hence — want to give customers option to to use gift cards online.

It seems like you’ll need to click on the Apply button to reveal the gift card number field. I’ve tested this with the Storefront theme and found that the gift card input field is visible by default. I also tried it with another theme and found that clicking on the Apply button brings up the card number input field.

If it doesn’t make any difference, could you please switch your theme temporarily to Storefront, if it’s not too much trouble? This will help us determine if the card input field shows up or not. If it does, then the issue likely lies with your current theme.

Also, to test further, could you please share your website URL?

Thanks for sending over your site URL. I’ve tested it, and it looks like the apply button isn’t clickable. To dive deeper into this issue, could you please try disabling the Cartflows plugin?

Also, adding the checkout shortcode to the checkout page might help.

If you can click the button after disabling Cartflows plugins, then the issue might be tied to them. In this case, it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance.
