    we checked your website and with the gift cards code we do not receive any discount.
    Have you checked that the gift cards code was not used before?
    If you buy another gift cards, the discount is applied?

    Sorry for the late reply, no I have not used the gift card at all, I have bought the gift card multiple times and it still doesn’t deduct the amount. You can try purchasing the gift card on the website and use the test coupon that I set up
