Looking to your web site I cannot see any gift cards field, maybe you disabled it?

it’s a very strange case, that needs a deep debugging that we cannot do here.
What we can suggest is to be sure you have the latest plugin version and to give a look at the debug file generated if you enable the WordPress Debug (both WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG)

It happens the same to me too. I have coupons enabled in woocommerce and when I buy the gift card product and I put it in finished product, it sends me the code, but when I will use it, I insert it in the box apply wordpress coupon and it puts the coupon applied correctly, but does not make any discount

I do not know if celesteseed managed to solve the problem.
