Gift Card does not have a weight defined.

    I am getting this error message in the dashboard:
    Gift Card does not have a weight defined.
    Shipping rates cannot be calculated. Add a weight for Gift Card so your customers can purchase this item.
    I know I can just ignore it, but is there a way to make it go away permanently?

    Gift Cards are marked as Virtual inside WooCommerce. They shouldn’t require anything regarding shipping.

    It sounds like you have a third party plugin that is attempting to collect this information. Contact the developers of that plugin and explain that Virtual products should be ignored. If they are non responsive let me know and we will see if we can help further.
