Gift card does not work with PDF vouchers

  • I had my gift cards working 100%, recently after an update everything went wrong

    1. I sell value gift cards
    2. downloadable
    3. customised with pdf vouchers to select voucher pic and to/from/message

    after update
    1.once I select the value amount
    2.a second set of selections appear, if I complete BOTH selections and fill in to/from/message on both sections
    3.add to cart
    4. —> page not found

    I had to reconfigure so that the voucher does not customise at all, and the customer can now pay online but does not receive the voucher instantly.

    please advise how this can be resolved.

    I have disabled the gift card features giving me problems.

    I have now activated:
    – virtual
    -downloadable
    – has voucher

    once you enter a value, a second set of voucher options appear,
    once all info entered, you cannot add to cart
