• Dear Sirs,

    My clients are receiving incomplete emails.

    The emails are missing half of the introduction message that I have set up in the settings and the emails they receive do not show the gift card code, image etc.

    This is a big issue, as there are gift cards bought that are sent without the needed information, as the client will not know the gift card code.

    I would like to send you images about the problem, but I don’t have them in an URL and it is the only option I have.

    Hi,

    We are not able to replicate your issue in our local site, have you tried to deactivate your plugin except ours and WooCommerce and check if the issue persists? You can also change your theme to see if you get a different result.

    Please let us know the results of this test.
