Gift Card incompatibility with WooCommerce Orders

Greetings, since the last WooCommerce / Gift Cards updates we have lost the ability to Add Items manually to Orders created within the backend, regardless of the Order status.

The whole lower area of the Order is now greyed out and remains that way regardless of the status.

I deactivate the plug-in and the functionality comes back. IS there a fix coming to resolve this issue? is it logged as a bug? anyone know who owns an issue like this?
