    Hello,
    We just installed this plugin and ran a test purchase. I put my own email in the TO: box and have received nothing.

    We have an e-commerce website and use sendgrid with SMTP for email transmission, and have never had an issue receiving email.

    How does the recipient get the gift card?

    Yes, the email appears in the email log, yes the checkbox is enabled.
    I am getting test emails from pepipost, but not when I order a gift card.

    I also did not receive the preview email when I tested that.

    I also did check with Godaddy host yesterday to make sure all of our email settings were accurate. They said they were.

    Does the Preview Email appear in the Email Log or inside the Pepipost console?

    Correct, I didn’t receive anything. You will need to contact Pepipost since it shows that it made it to their system but isn’t leaving it to go to the destination.

    I just received a preview gift card email! Not sure if it was the one that you sent a few hours ago or if you changed something and tried again.

    I just started receiving the tests too and the order too. Maybe the DNS Settings took some time to propagate. Who knows, in any event, it seems to be working now.
