• We enable the setting that allows users to schedule a gift card delivery on a certain date. However, the gift cards sometimes are not sent out on that date. Users then complain and we have to go in and manually send it ourselves. Do you know why this could be happening and how we can troubleshoot?

    Site is on New York timezone and we are using latest version of WC and WP.
    Current Gift Card plugin version is 3.18.0
