Gift card not sending to someone else?

  • When I order a gift card it sends it to me, instead of giving me the option of sending to someone else…and I don’t even get a gift card I get an order summary. What’s happening?

    Hi @alundra,
    we confirm that the gift card code is sent to the buyer email address.
    Take in consideration that the gift card code is generated and then sent, only when the order status is set as ‘completed’.

    But gift cards are supposed to be sent to the address of the person they’re gifted to…not the buyer?

    Does the premium version fix this?

    the Premium version is a whole new plugin, there are a lot of features there.
