Gift card notification not showing on mobile

Our plugin uses the WooCommerce notices to display the input. I could see that you use Elementor templates, if you are using a different template for the mobile I suggest to include this element too, in order to display our input.

When I edit the page in elementor, the notice shows on everything (desktop, tablet and phone sizes), but on live site, only desktop en tablet shows, not phone. So it’s not a missing element.

I just checked your site, and I don’t see the notice appearing in the desktop view. Have you disabled notices? Did you try changing your theme to a default WordPress theme like 2024 to check if there are any problems with it?

No, in desktop view it’s still showing for me, it’s just on the phone size that it’s not.

Can’t add images here, but when there is no item in the cart, it also doesn’t show on any of the options, but that’s okay I would imagine.

We just want to make it work on all sizes when there is an item in the cart, which right now, it’s not. Works on desktop en tablet, not on phone size.

Have you already tried using a default theme like Storefront and have only our plugin and WooCommerce activated and see that the issue persist?

If not, please do in order to check if there is anything preventing to see the WooCommerce notices. We checked your site and we could see the WooCommerce “No items in cart” message being on the desktop but not on mobile and also noticed you have a section displaying for desktop and another without this element for mobile.

Let us know if check this and make the previous mentioned test can help you find what is causing your problem.
