    Hi there,
    we recently updated all plugins on our site.
    We are using gift card pro and noticed that when people use their gift cards and apply the gift card at checkout there is an error which wont allow to checkout but the amount on the card does automatically goes to $0 even after the check out wasn’t complete.
    In woocomm the order is set to pending payment not complete. I do see the gift card code in the order.
    Error processing checkout. Please try again.

    This is only an issue with woo commerce subscriptions products.

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble.

    It sounds like there may be a server-side PHP error occurring when the order is attempting to be created. We will need to review the PHP error log to troubleshoot further.

    We are experiencing a similar problem. In addition, we are wondering if somehow our payment processor (PayPal) has issues with Gift cards. It certainly isn’t all the time. But often enough to make us wonder if there is a trend there.
