Gift card send when not paid for

    When a customer purchased a gift card and selects to pay for it by ‘Bank Transfer’, the gift card is automatically set to ‘complete’ and sends to the customer when they haven’t paid for it yet.

    Is there an option to only send the gift card once I set it to complete manually when the funds arrive in my bank account?

    Hello, the gift cards are set up to automatically mark the order as “Complete” if the only thing purchased was a gift card.

    However, in your case you need to change this setting. Click on PW Gift Cards -> Settings -> Uncheck “Auto Complete Orders”

    Now, the orders will not automatically be marked as Complete. Once you Complete the orders (after the funds arrive) then the gift card will be sent.
