Thimbthumb security issues have been solved with the latest versions ; it’s a great script and I use it on my website to upload files within the comment system through an antique plugin named “Easy Comment Uploads”.

So actually I am looking for a plugin that could generate thumbnails into comments by sideloading distant images… and TR Thimbthumb looks like it. But I cannot figure out how to make it work.

Before, this plugin only for me to use, I uploaded to wp for easy install.
Now I added description, I will add screenshot and more description.
