After installing Crayon Syntax Highlighter, I was no longer able to access my Git repo. I kept getting the error:
    Not a git repository: wp-content/plugins/crayon-syntax-highlighter/js/jquery-colorpicker/../../.git/modules/js/jquery-colorpicker

This was the version I downloaded directly from the WP plugins repo.

I did a little looking around and found the answer: the issue has been fixed and is in place in the current build of the plugin at their repo on Github. To fix this problem, simply uninstall and delete CSH from your plugins directory, and then download and install the current build zip file from their repo. Fixed! Just a FYI to anyone else experiencing this issue ??
