Give add product instructions

Hello, I need to find a way that will allow me to add tooltips for the admin site to help give instruction to the people adding a product. ~ or ~ Can someone point me in the right direct to learn how to put text in add product on the admin side so I can put directions in a new product page so when people start typing the text disappears.
I need a way to add instructions only on my woo add product page. Right now I’m using a hook that puts text right under the title before and before the description box but it shows on every page or post on the admin side and not just a add product.
Any advice??
