Give and Mailchimp

Hoping someone can help me here.

I have set up recurring donations for a website. There are 3 different levels of donations (We are making them memberships to the non-profit) with the choice to make the donation (membership) renew automatically on a yearly basis. I integrated Mailchimp with the hopes that I can get the information from the Give donation form (Which of the 3 membership/donation levels the user selected and whether or not they chose automatic renewal) to automatically populate in the contact in my Mailchimp Audience. I will then use that information to for conditional merge tags to send alerts to the audience about their upcoming automatic renewal or their need to manually renew. Please help!
