Give – CCAvenue Gateway not working

    Hi,
    I have installed GiveWP version 2.9.4. I purchased CCAvenue gateway plugin for GiveWP. The downloaded and installed Give – CCAvenue Gateway version is 1.0.4. I did all the settings as mentioned in the documentation including the Merchant ID, Access code, Working key. When I click on Donate Now button on Personal Information page, I was expecting CCAvenue form to appear to enter CCD information for payment processing. Instead I got navigated to blank Donation Receipt page. The donation history page showed the donation in Pending state. It appears to me that the Offline Donation workflow is getting kicked in even though that has been disabled and CCAvenue payment gateway is enabled. I have raised GiveWP support ticket and awaiting reply, but thought of posting it on this group in case there is quicker resolution.

    Hi Ben,
    Thank you for your response. I should have specified that my intention of putting it on this forum was to find out if anyone else also got the same issue and if so, how did they resolve it. I fully understand and will wait for support engineer to get back.
