Give permissions to just Email Log

Hi, I would like my customer service person to be able to view email logs only. Is there a permission/capability I can give her for this? I don’t want her to be able to access the remaining functionality of the plugin as I have had employees think they are being “helpful” before and create huge problems when they have access to functionality outside of their scope. And breaking my SMTP would be a HUGE problem, so I would like to limit permission to just the part she needs.
