    Hello.

    Latest Plug-In/WP installed.

My client does not have the ability to see the “eye icon” on their end, or to see the donor details for reporting. The error could be on their end, but I was not sure if you have heard of this issue before. I can see it fine on my end.

    Many thanks.

    Best,
    Kyle

I haven’t seen this issue before @kyledpiper74 – have you tried switching to their user account and checking? It may be a browser issue or maybe just an error on their end.

    Hi @dlocc,

Thank you for the reply. The problem has been remedied, but I had to make the individual an Admin, where they were once a Give Manager or Accountant. I don’t believe their roles were ever changed, so it’s a little odd. Nonetheless, I just upgraded their access.

My most recent issues after WP/Theme/Give Plug-In updates is that Donors are now allowed to make donations, without selecting a Fund. Previously, this was not an issue, yet has always been a Mandatory field. It just creates a back-office nightmare.

    Thanks for the help!

@kyledpiper74 – how did you create the “Fund” field? Using a code snippet for Form Field Manager? If the code method and you post it here I can help adjust it. With FFM it should validate a required field without allowing the donation to process.

    Hi @dlocc,

    Yes, FFM.

Actually, the more I look into this and test, I can’t make a donation w/o selecting the fund. I believe the problem exists with the recording of the fund selected. If I go back weeks, into December for example, all of the Donations do not list the fund selected in the Donation Details. However, the funds were selected or the Donation wouldn’t have been allowed to be made. eeK!

We recently upgraded to Give 2.0.2. All was fine prior to.

Hey @kyledpiper74 – since the original question to this topic is resolved and the follow up question is regarding FFM, which is a paid add-on, WP.org only allows questions about the free plugin. However, you can reach out to us via our priority support here: https://givewp.com/priority-support/

That way we can work closer on the additional issue you’re experiencing in private and not violate this forum’s rules. Thanks! Let me know if you have any other questions related to Give core.

Sounds great @dlocc. Good point. I’ll head over to the priority support area, now.
